41 Hit & Run CHAIN SHOOT RULES

EVENTS
Generally ATA rules will govern the operation and conduct of the 41 Hit & Run Chain Shoots. Anyone is eligible to participate and shoot in the 41 Hit & Run, at any club, at any time. All shooters are eligible to participate in the Daily Lewis if so desired. It is beneficial, for the shooter to meet the certain requirements, as stated below, to qualify for additional payout options, both during the season and at the Champion Shoot.
Event 1 is 50 - 16 Yard Singles Targets.
Event 2 is 25 - 16 Yard Singles Targets and 25 Yardage Targets (23 to 25 yards. Yardage determined by 16 yard score; 25 ? 25 yard line, 24 ? 24 yard line, 23 or less ? 23 yard line.
Entry Fee in each event is $10.00 ($2.00 from each entry goes to the Final Shoot Special Lewis).
Optional Lewis Class in each event is $10.00 paid to a MAXIMUM of (3)THREE Classes.
Optional Rolling Jackpot Purse for Event 2 ONLY, entry is $2.00.
ENTRY CARDS AND SHOOTER ROSTERS:
Completely and accurately fill out the shoot entry card with all information required. Failure to do so may result in delayed payment of Lewis and Jackpot Monies. The information provided here ensures your eligibility for various options and purses. Keep a copy of this entry card for your records.
PAYOUTS:
Lewis Class payouts will be made by the host gun club within 10 days of their shoot. Rolling Jackpot Payouts will be made by the 41 Hit & Run Chain Shoot within 10 days of the shoot date.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ROLLING JACKPOT OPTION IN EVENT 2:
A shooter must play this option 5 times at any one or more clubs before they are eligible to win half of the Rolling Jackpot Option by shooting a perfect score of 50 (Event 2 only). For example, the sixth time you play this option, you are eligible to win the Rolling Jackpot Option. One or more shooters that shoot a score of 50 split the Jackpot payout for that day. The Rolling Jackpot Option is not available the day of the Champion Shoot. Any remaining funds left in the Rolling Jackpot Option will rollover into the next season. The Rolling Jackpot is from previous weeks Jackpot Entry Fees, the day of shoot event monies roll to the next week.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE CHAMPION SHOOT AND ADDED MONEY IN THE SPECIAL LEWIS CLASS:
$2.00 of every entry made during the course of the 41 HIT & RUN Cain Shoot season will be returned to the shooters at the Champion Shoot in a SPECIAL LEWIS CLASS. To be eligible for this money, a shooter must have participated in a minimum of 9 Events (either Event 1 or Event 2) prior to the Champion Shoot, at a minimum 6 different clubs during the entire 41 Hit & Run Chain Shoot season.
At the 41 Hit & Run Champion Shoot, only the qualified shooters First Score of the Day will be eligible for participation in the SPECIAL LEWIS CLASS (paid to 6 classes).
Champion Shoot Format is 100 targets, 50 ? 16 yard targets and 50 ? yardage targets (23 to 25 yards). Yardage determined by 16 yard score; 49 & 50 ? 25 yard line, 47 & 48 ? 24 yard line, 46 or less ? 23 yard line.
Entry fee is $16.00 for targets with a $10.00 Lewis Class Option (paid to 4 classes) and a $5.00 High Gun Option (paid 60/40). You may enter as often as you wish. Any one may participate in this shoot whether they are qualified or not for the Special Lewis Class.
