Organized in 1939, and has a membership of 103 members, Dues are $20.00 per year, meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month at O’Marro's Public House in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Dinner at 6:30 and meeting held at 7:30 pm.

A news letter is sent to each member, each month advising them of all activities coming up.

Each year a banquet is held to raise money for the clubs activities which include the raising and releasing of Pheasants for increasing the bird population locally, and supplying birds for a youth hunt each fall, also hold a Fishing contest in February.

The Club sponsors a Scholarship program with University Stevens Point. Department Natural Resources and a Camping program with Central Wisconsin Environmental Station, fully sponsoring four to six students's each year.

Works with other Conservation Clubs in the Winnebago and Fond Du Lac County area, in the purchasing of land for public hunting.

On April 24, 2008, an Annual Banquet will be held at Sunny View Expo Center, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, tickets are available by calling Betty Schneider, at 920-922 3122, cost is $65.00 per person, includes Dinner, Drinks, and a chance at door prizes.
